William Connolly is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at The Digital Presence, where he helps executives, speakers, and industry leaders elevate their digital presence. As a member of Marshall Goldsmith's prestigious 100 Coaches, Bill has collaborated with globally recognized organizations such as Spectrum Brands, Black & Decker, Audi, and SAP. His innovative approach combines aesthetics and technology to build digital ecosystems that enhance professional image and communication.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate communications and a decade in
corporate consultation, Bill's expertise spans digital styling, video production, strategic content creation, and collaborative promotion. He has developed custom solutions including personalized studio setups and custom fabric backgrounds, revolutionizing how executives present themselves online. His work has earned the trust and recognition of high-profile clients, including CEOs, thought leaders, and tech innovators.

Dr. Lilian Ajayi-Ore, Ed.D., is an award-winning Chief Learning Officer,
Chief Marketing Executive, Research Scholar, and Data Scientist with over 17 years of relevant industry experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She has +12 years of experience in learning and talent development - Awarded Trailblazer in Diversity and Inclusion by UAE Connect and named Top 50 L&D Executive. Founder of an award-winning 501c3 non-profit organization, Global Connections for Women Foundation. Member of Marshall Goldsmith’s Top 100 Executive Coaches. She has spoken in over 54 cities worldwide. She has been invited as a keynote speaker by the United Nations, UN Women, UNDP, UNFPA, UAE Connect, Emirate Palace Abu Dhabi, the World Bank, Toronto World Leaders Conference, TEDx American University of Paris, Harvard Business Publishing, Dell, and Social Media Week, to name a few.
She is a Research Scholar and University Lecturer at Columbia University, teaching Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Digital Communication Strategy. She has designed and managed new course development, entrepreneurship programs, executive leadership programs, real-world corporate partnership courses, and investment readiness programs for various learners domestically and internationally. Her passion for education has allowed her to give lectures with other institutions, including New York University, St. John’s University, Baruch College-CUNY, UBS Investment Bank, Female Founder Collective, University of Pennsylvania GSE, and ISM, in a wide range of certified programs, Undergraduate, MBA/MSc., and Doctorate programs.
