Upon purchasing your workshop session, here's what you can look forward to:
 
Confirmation Email: You'll receive an immediate confirmation email verifying your purchase and providing the necessary details for your upcoming workshop.
Zoom Session Link: The confirmation email will also include a Zoom link for your scheduled workshop. This is where your transformation begins.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds: If you cancel your registration at least 72 hours prior to the workshop start time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service email.
Reschedule: If you're unable to attend but notify us between 48-72 hours before the workshop, we're happy to reschedule you to another session of the same workshop within the next two months.
No Refunds: Please note that if you cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop or fail to attend, we're unable to provide a refund due to the preparation and resources allocated to your participation.
Backdrop and Hanging Kit: Since codes for these items are sent upon registration, they are non-refundable.
